Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary according to the size, complexity and the materials being used.  Current dispatch times  for acrylics is 28 days, oils paintings require time for the paint to dry, current dispatch time for oils is 10 weeks.

Delivery & Charges

All artwork is delivered via 'Special Delivery' next day service and includes insurance in the event of loss or damage.

UK Delivery charge for Pencil / Pastels  £5.00

UK delivery charge for painted canvas  £8:50

Overseas delivery charges on application

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a commission  prior to commencement of work, your deposit will be returned in full.  If you cancel after commencement of work then the deposit is non-refundable.

If you are un-happy with the picture and it cannot be altered to your satisfaction there is no obligation for you to buy, however the deposit is non-refundable.  

Upon Delivery

If, on delivery, there is any damage to the picture you must advise us immediately, we also require customers to sign, "NOT INSPECTED" with the carrier if you are not able to inspect the goods before the carrier departing.
